Dough press machine:

Bun sealing machine:
Clean the machine before use, rub a little salad oil on the closure to lubricate the closure piece to make it smoother, or adjust the four screws on the cover if you feel it is hard to turn. The triangular piece inside can be removed and cleaned(except the one fixed by screw), then dried and installed with the notch facing downwards.

Advantages:

The small size mould is suitable for 10-25g of dough, the medium size is suitable for 20-55g of dough, the large size is suitable for 30-75g of dough. The max water content of the dough is no more than 50% when using our machine (500g of flour with water not more than 250g), and kneading the dough well to make it not stick.
