Fresh Potato→→washing&peeling→→cutting→→blanching→→Dewatering→→frying→→de-oiling→→flavoring →→packing
Features:
1. Potato peeler and washer: wash and peel potatoes automatically.
2. Potato slicer: slice potatoes into potato chips,potato strips,french fries,potato fingers and so on, they are balanced sliced with smooth appearance and large capacity
3. Blancher: further washing the potato slices,strips,french fries,potato fingers, and add formula,ingredients into water for flavoring and keep its good color.
4. Dewater machine: remove water of potato chips,potato strips,french fries,potato fingers, and make them dry, then for frying.
5. Fryer: fry french fries or potato chips with oil. Grasp the right time to get them out when the potato chips or french fries become golden and soft. Then the potato chips,potato strips,french fries,potato fingers will be with good color and high quality
6. Deoiler: remove the oil drops on potato chips or french fries.It will make the fried food crispier and more palatable.
7. Flavor machine: season diversified flavors totally according to their own intentions.
