Introduction:
The stainless steel crusher is made of stainless steel and consists of five parts: frame, feeding hopper, crushing chamber, screen frame, hopper and motor. The structure is simple, easy to clean, low noise and good effect. It is currently the most ideal stainless steel crushing equipment. During processing, the material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper, and is broken by the moving knife and the fixed static knife. The ideal particles are obtained by adjusting the gap between the cutters and using a suitable screen.
Installation and operation
1. Choose a reasonable installation site to ensure good ventilation, which is conducive to heat dissipation of the motor and prolong its service life.
2. Check if there is any metal hard object in the crushing chamber and whether the fastening screws are loose.
3. Adjust the gap between the moving knife and the stationary knife as needed, and select the appropriate screen.
4. Turn on the power, start the machine, check whether the rotation direction of the shaft cutter is consistent with the requirements, and confirm the normal condition and then feed the production.
