Features and advantages:
The bottles are conveyed by the air conveyor, and then conveyed to the bottle rinser of the three-in-one machine through the star wheel. Bottle clamps are installed on the rotary table of the bottle rinser, and the bottle clamps clamp the bottle mouth and turn it over 180° along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth face down. In the specific area of the bottle rinser, the rinse water is sprayed out from the nozzle of the bottle rinser to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. After the bottle is rinsed and drained, it is held by the bottle holder and turned over 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth upward. The washed bottles are exported from the bottle rinsing machine through the star wheel and sent to the filling machine. The bottle entering the filling machine is held by the bottleneck support plate and the bottle is lifted up by the action of the cam, and then the filling valve is opened by the bottle mouth. Filling adopts gravity filling method. After the filling valve is opened, the material passes through the filling valve to complete the filling process. After the filling is completed, the bottle mouth drops away from the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck transition wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine clamps the bottle neck, keeps the bottle upright and prevents rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine, and under the action of the cam, it realizes the actions of cap grasping, capping, capping, and capping, and completes the entire capping process. The finished bottle is conveyed from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle conveying wheel, and then conveyed out of the three-in-one machine by the conveying chain.
