Application: 
The beer fermenter is a chemical reaction vessel that provides a fermentation reaction place for brewer's yeast and raw materials in the beer production process. The tank body is made of high-grade stainless steel, which is welded by a cylindrical body and an oval or dish-shaped head. Through the stirring device in the tank, the brewer's yeast and the raw materials are evenly mixed to promote the fermentation reaction between the materials, which can realize high-temperature sterilization in place and ensure that the materials are not polluted. It conforms to the national GMP health standard and is widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry and other industries. .
Advantages :
1. The material of the fermentation tank is made of high-grade stainless steel, the inner and outer surfaces are polished, and the polishing accuracy is less than or equal to Ra0.4, which can prevent the material from sticking to the wall and is easy to clean;
2. The stirring system adopts three-layer six-flat-leaf fermentation special standard paddle with stepless speed regulation, which can realize the automatic control of the fermentation and stirring process;
3. The beer fermentation tank is sterilized by in-situ high temperature steam, the sterilization process can be automatically controlled, and the sterilization temperature is accurate;
4. Swiss Mettler PH electrode and shielded wire, the range is 2~12PH, and the control accuracy is ±0.02PH;
5. Automatic detection of foam, defoamer can be added, and the sensitivity is 100~10000; the air flow control can be manually adjusted by rotameter, and the range is 0~5000L/min;
6. The feeding system can be automatically added by peristaltic pump, the range is 0~5L/min, and the control accuracy is ±2%.
