Application:
This DOUGH DIVIDER machine is suitable for the formation of wheat steamed bun flour with water, additives and good dough. The dough is processed into cylindrical spherical steamed buns by squeezing, conveying, cutting and spheronizing. Widely used in institutions, factories and mines, school canteens, and steamed bread processing units

Working principle :
1.After the motor is started, put the mixed dough evenly into the feeding port. Under the action of the double dragon, the dough is squeezed and transported to the noodle port.
2.After being evenly extruded through the noodle adjustment port, the hanging wheel is lifted up, and the cutter rotates downward to push the dough Cut into cylindrical noodles of uniform size, and then drop them into the material inlet one by one.
3.Knead and round in the arc groove of the forming disc to form a cylindrical spherical steamed bread blank with a smooth surface. The size of the bun billet is realized by adjusting the movable frame and changing the distance between the hanging wheel and the front cover.
