Product Description

High Frequency Welding Machine (HF Welding) also known as Radio frequency welding machine (RF Welding Machine), it is using the high frequency electromagnetic waves to heat and soften the join of certain plastics, such as PVC, PET, EVA, TPU, etc.
When a press/die descents to apply pressure on the surface of two pieces of material, the high frequency wave are passed through the die and table.  The high frequency field causes the molecule to vibrate and generate heat from vibration.  The process can be continuous and able to perform localized heating.This machine can seal the edge of the blister clamshell and cut the extra.
High Frequency Welding Machine is ideal for blister packing, especially for double sided blister clamshell of PVC or PET material. Paper cards can be used for high frequency sealing.
