Application
The hydraulic direct-pressure noodle machine (ramen machine) is a motor-driven oil pump that processes noodle-shaped noodles, ramen, and potato flour. The machine has small size, high production efficiency, easy to move, easy to clean, parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel, anti-rust, wear-resistant materials, the machine uses 220v single-phase motor, suitable for collective canteens, restaurants and small noodle processing Plant, improve work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
Use requirements and precautions:
Single phase motor will produce static electricity in motion. Before using the machine, connect the ground wire first.
2. Before starting the machine every time, check that the screws at all parts shall be tightened and no looseness is allowed.
3. Bearings should be well lubricated and not allowed to run without lubricants.
4. The hopper shall be installed in place, and the connecting nuts and nuts shall be tightened without looseness.
5. The power supply, wires and plug electrical components shall be free of damage and leakage. It is forbidden to start the machine before inspection.
After booting:
The hydraulic cylinder should run in the direction indicated.
